Assemble all the required ingredients
Heat oil in a pan , add Mustard Seed, chana dal , Urad dal , curry leaves, while red chilly , and all Chopped veggies , saute' well untill half done
Add semolina and mix well , saute' for 3-5 minutes
Add warm water , curd , Salt and sugar ... Mix well and cook covered for next 5 minutes on low heat
Mix Veggies Upma is ready to serve . Give it a decorative shape with a mould , garnish with some chopped coriander and pomegranate pearls . Serve hot immediately and enjoy endlessly your healthy Yummy Tasty break fast
